Dehydrated garlic is produced by using fresh garlic and obtained as a result of production.

It is a dried product. Fresh garlic contains about 80% water before it is dried. with drying The water ratio in the dried fresh product is reduced to very low values. Approximately 5 kg after drying 1 kg of dried garlic is obtained by using garlic.

 During drying, the water in the product evaporates and the core of the product remains. For this reason, the nutritional values of dried garlic, especially carbohydrates, vitamins,ratios such as protein and fat are very high.
