 Dried mushroom is the dried product produced using fresh mushrooms and obtained as a result of production. Fresh mushroom contains around 92% water before drying. The water ratio in the fresh product dried by drying is reduced to very low values. As a result of drying, 1 kg of dried mushrooms is obtained by using approximately 12 kg of mushrooms. During drying, the water in the product evaporates and the core of the product remains. For this reason, the nutritional values of dried mushrooms, especially carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins, fats, are very high has risen.
