Dried Onion

Onion flakes (thinly cut), produced by using fresh onions, and produced as a result of production The resulting dried product. Fresh onions contain around 91% water before drying.

The water ratio in the fresh product dried by drying is reduced to very low values.

 As a result of drying 1 kg of dry onion is obtained by using approximately 12 kg of onions. Water in the product during drying  evaporates and the core of the product remains. For this reason, the nutritional values of dried onions are very high.
