Fresh strawberries are cut, dried and packaged as a result of using special machines. Fresh strawberries contain about 90% water before being dried. Fresh water with drying the ratio is reduced to very low values. As a result of drying, 1 kg of dried strawberries is obtained by using approximately 10 kg of strawberries. During drying, the water in the product evaporates and part of the product remains. For this reason, the values of dried strawberry nutrients, especially carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins and fats, have increased significantly. You can use it on pastries and desserts, in cakes, in drinks, in flavoring puddings and ice creams, as a dietary product, in intermediate meals.
